MTM, part strategy consultancy and market research agency, seeks a Strategy Manager to lead technology-focused delivery for major brands. You will steer end-to-end projects, oversee budgets, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in a hybrid London setting.

Ideal candidates have five+ years in consulting or research, familiarity with developers/enterprise software, and a track record of turning insights into strategic impact.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years in consulting, research or insights.
• Experience working on major technology accounts with developers/enterprise software buyers.
• Strong ability to design frameworks and synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings.

Aufgaben

• Run projects end to end: scoping, proposals, costing, planning, delivery and final presentation.
• Manage project resourcing, timelines and budgets, delivering high-quality work on time.
• Lead B2B research and interview programmes with senior technical audiences.
• Design analytical frameworks and turn findings into clear, commercially useful insights.
• Design and deliver client briefings, reports, workshops and presentations.
• Act as the day-to-day lead for senior clients and grow the account over time.
• Lead project teams and develop consultants and analysts.
• Share knowledge of developer tech and AI across the team.
