Qualifications

• Experience as an experienced management consultant leading end-to-end strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reviews of core operating processes, starting with client onboarding.
• Map current state, quantify value lost across cycle times, drop-off, rework and cost-to-serve.
• Design the target state, sequence deliverables and build the business case.
• Land changes with functional owners and measure successful adoption.
• Support market mapping, target screening, and competitive landscape analysis.
• Lead commercial and operational due diligence, including business models and unit economics.
