Job summary

A fast-growing private equity-backed professional services group is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to support its ongoing buy-and-build strategy. This role provides end-to-end exposure throughout the deal lifecycle, from identifying acquisition targets to assisting with deal execution. Candidates should have 3–7+ years in corporate development or investment banking, ideally with ACA qualifications. The position allows for remote work within the UK and offers opportunities for progression into senior roles.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years’ experience in corporate development, investment banking (M&A), or Corporate Finance.
• Experience within or exposure to professional services, business services, or financial services preferred.
• Comfortable operating in a PE-backed, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and screening acquisition targets.
• Supporting valuation, financial analysis and business case development.
• Managing advisors and coordinating due diligence.
• Assisting with deal execution through to completion.
