Job summary

Multiverse is redefining workforce upskilling with AI-ready programs and international expansion. This role sits in the CEO Office, partnering with the Chief of Staff to shape company strategy, drive growth, and manage cross-functional projects across markets.

You will work directly with the CEO and leadership, driving strategic bets, evaluating new routes to market, and coordinating due diligence across functions. A fast-paced, high-impact launchpad into corporate development awaits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years at a leading strategy consultancy; growth/market entry exposure preferred.
• Strong AI literacy; using AI tools across work, not just a chatbot.
• Entrepreneurial, multi-hat mindset; delivers without relying on a startup environment.
• Highly commercial, strategic and rigorous analytics; able to defend decisions.
• Exceptional organisation; reliable in tracking and delivering across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist corporate development: analyse and size potential markets and entry options.
• Evaluate potential investments, partnerships or acquisitions; conduct desk research and build business cases.
• Coordinate deal execution; support due diligence across finance, legal, product and operations.
• Track milestones post-acquisition and drive cross-functional progress.
• Help define strategic bets and new routes to market; support platform rollouts.
• Build and monitor business cases; measure progress against OKRs.
