We’re expanding our internal communications function to align leadership messaging with strategy and culture, delivering high-impact All Hands and cross-functional communications across Slack, intranet, and email channels. You will own the canonical narrative, advise the CEO, and lead the creation of internal briefing materials, FAQs,

Qualifications

• You are a strong writer and editor with proven ability to shape leadership messages.
• You have experience leading internal communications in a fast-moving, complex org.
• You sit at the intersection of data, product, and external comms.
• You can translate data into compelling narratives for all-hands and leadership.
• You partner with People, Product, Tech, and wider Comms teams to maintain coherence.

Responsabilités

• Own the canonical internal communications narrative and living messaging framework.
• Advise the CEO and leadership team on tone, timing and messaging
• Create internal briefing materials ahead of major external moments
• Own All Hands editorial direction: theme, narrative arc, content, and speaker prep
• Develop and optimise internal channels and measure engagement with clear dashboards
