Thames Valley Police is seeking a Senior Strategy & Assets Lead within its Property Department on an interim basis. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced estates professional to join our client Thames Valley Police's Property Department on an interim basis as Senior Strategy & Assets Lead.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Assets, you will play a key role in delivering a priority programme within our Estates Strategy. Working closely with senior stakeholders and partner organisations, you will help shape the future of the Force's estate by translating strategic objectives into practical, deliverable solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong public sector estates background who enjoys influencing strategic decision-making and leading the early stages of estate development projects.
As the Senior Strategy & Assets Lead, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering strategic programmes and projects that inform the future direction of the estate. You will undertake option appraisals, feasibility studies and business case development, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into clear recommendations and actionable plans.
You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, facilitate workshops and meetings, and provide expert advice to support informed decision-making. Your work will have a direct impact on how our estate evolves to meet future operational needs.
