Job summary

Thames Valley Police’s Property Department seeks an interim Senior Strategy & Assets Lead via Adecco. The role focuses on delivering strategic programmes for the estate, with option appraisals, feasibility studies and business case development to support future operational needs.

You will engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, guiding estate evolution with senior leadership input.

Qualifications

• Professional membership with RICS or CIOB, IWFM or RIBA.
• Knowledge of workplace strategy, space planning and estate utilisation.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience presenting business cases and option appraisals.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
