Job summary
Thames Valley Police is seeking a Senior Strategy & Assets Lead to support and deliver strategic programmes shaping the future of the Force’s estate. You will undertake option appraisals, feasibility studies and business case development, translating priorities into clear recommendations and actionable plans.
You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and provide expert advice to support informed decision-making, influencing estate evolution to meet future
Qualifications
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build relationships.
- Experience of leading workshops and meetings to achieve outcomes.
- Knowledge of workplace strategy and estate utilisation.
- Professional membership with RICS or CIOB, IWFM or RIBA.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
