Strategic Operations Manager – Online Food Delivery Platform

We’re looking for a highly commercial, strategic thinker to help scale our merchant operations and strengthen our value proposition for restaurant merchants.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchant product & service partnerships
• Manage internal and external partnerships and lead cross-functional projects
• Improve restaurant experience: order accuracy, prep times, communication, refunds & disputes
• Use data & performance metrics to deliver insights, models, dashboards, and prioritisation guidance

What we’re looking for (Qualifications)

• 3–5 years commercial experience (strategy, ops, consulting) in fast-paced tech, FMCG, or marketplaces
• Strong ownership mindset with experience building clear roadmaps, OKRs & playbooks
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
• Analytical proficiency in Excel modelling and basic understanding of SQL

• Day rate: £180 PAYE
• Hybrid: 3 days (HQ central London)
• Contract: 6 months
