Avanti West Coast is seeking an experienced Senior Strategy Analyst to lead a small team of Strategy Analysts and shape commercial decisions that drive revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will combine advanced analytical and modelling expertise with strong commercial understanding, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insight for senior stakeholders and business partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial analytics, forecasting or revenue analysis.
• Strong mathematical and statistical modelling skills.
• Ability to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Strategy Analysts and develop talent.
• Develop and maintain statistical, mathematical and forecasting models for budgeting and planning.
• Analyse revenue and market trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Commercial and wider teams to influence decisions and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Lead commercial forecasting and budgeting analysis with robust outputs.
• Challenge the status quo to improve revenue and profitability.
