IWFM is seeking a Workplace and Facilities Manager for a contract role on site in London. You will oversee day-to-day facilities operations, lead supplier performance, and ensure compliance with health and safety and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in Workplace/Facilities management in a corporate environment.
• Proven track record managing vendors, contractors and service contracts.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance and workplace best practices.
• Experience leading teams and delivering high-quality workplace services.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day workplace and facilities operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
• Manage suppliers, contractors and service providers, monitoring performance against KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintenance schedules.
• Support workplace projects, office moves, space planning and business continuity activities.
• Manage budgets, purchase orders and stakeholder relationships across the business.
