Job summary

Surrey and Sussex Police is seeking an Advisor to join the Workforce Planning & Development Team. The role will command a portfolio of resourcing responsibilities across Surrey and collaborative areas of the Forces, delivering insight and strategic input to senior management.

You will build robust stakeholder networks, analyse data, and communicate findings to influence resourcing decisions at both force and local levels. The position supports flexible working and requires weekly travel to HQ.

• Ownership of a portfolio of business areas within Surrey and collaborating forces.
• Strong problem-solving ability across processes and policies.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
