Job summary

South Wales Police invites applications for an Organisational Development Advisor within the Learning & Development team. The role focuses on designing and delivering development opportunities for police staff and officers, using needs analysis tools and CPD programmes to meet organisational priorities.

The successful candidate will coordinate development initiatives, source external training, and support talent management across the force, with occasional travel to locations within the SWP

Qualifications

Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or have a professional qualification.
Experience in coaching, mentoring or learning & development is essential.
Experience in managing change and talent development is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Identify learning and development needs across the force and deliver programmes accordingly.
Keep up to date with professional practices to design and implement effective development opportunities.
Coordinate CPD programmes and source/train external providers for qualifications and courses.
