West London NHS Trust is seeking a proven HR leader to join our Workforce Partners team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality HR guidance, pragmatic advice, and leading and developing an excellent HR function across clinical, operational and corporate teams.

You will influence and coach senior managers, manage complex ER casework, and partner with managers to drive workforce plans, organisation design and transformation initiatives for West London Community Service and trust-wide services.

Qualificações

• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Expertise in core HR areas: TUPE, employee relations, policy development, and employment law.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop high performing HR teams.
• Provide expert advice to senior managers on HR issues and workforce planning.
• Design and implement workforce projects, including organisation design and transformation.
• Lead talent management, development, and performance initiatives across the trust.
• Oversee ER processes and support complex, trust-wide casework.
