Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Agile and delivering through teams.
• Experience in financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Contract around delivery of work and thought leadership with stakeholders.
• Use consulting frameworks to identify and answer business questions.
• Contribute to analytical thought leadership in People Strategy & Innovation.
• Collaborate with PS&I global consultants and connect stakeholders to solutions.
• Adopt Agile to deliver solutions through Pod delivery teams.
• Act as liaison and educator to People and business stakeholder groups.
