Flagstone is seeking a senior website and digital experience leader to own a strategic programme for a full website redesign and relaunch. You will head the WWW squad, coordinating Product, UX, Data, Engineering, and Digital Marketing, and align with Brand to deliver a single, revenue-driven outcome.

You have led a public website as a critical asset, with a proven track record in CRO, experimentation and scaling digital experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Experience owning a public-facing website as a commercial/brand asset from strategy through delivery.
• Strong CRO and experimentation background and ability to translate business goals into plans.

Aufgaben

• Own the strategy, roadmap and outcomes for the website redesign and relaunch with Brand alignment.
• Lead the cross-functional Website squad across product, UX, data, engineering, and digital marketing.
• Design and run the end-to-end programme sequencing dependencies across teams.
• Define site structure, customer journeys and conversion approach, turning goals into action.
• Represent the website programme to senior stakeholders and offer clear options.
• Set standards for experimentation and post-launch operating model.
• Manage risk and balance commercial/technical/brand considerations to maintain momentum.
• Build strong relationships with Brand, Marketing, UX, Engineering and partners.
• Coach and line-manage product managers in the WWW squad.
