Qualifications

• Senior digital marketing leadership experience across paid, organic and AI visibility
• Track record of setting and delivering digital strategy at scale
• Strong commercial and data skills translating performance into investment decisions
• Credibility presenting strategy and performance to executives
• Proven experience building and growing high-performing teams
• Experience with AI/LLM search visibility is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own digital marketing strategy and delivery across paid media, organic search, and AI visibility
• Manage agency and external partner relationships, including performance and terms
• Shape marketing technology stack requirements as landscape evolves
• Use data to plan budgets, set channel strategy, and drive commercial outcomes
• Provide senior leaders with clear, timely updates on digital performance and strategy
