Job summary

Rothstein Recruitment is seeking a Management Consultant to join a strategic CRM/CLM transformation in a Private Bank/Wealth Manager. You will shape operating models, optimise processes and drive a critical business and technology change from requirements through implementation.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across Operations, Front Office, Technology, Risk and Change, delivering scalable improvements and guiding governance forums with strong analytical and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Management Consultant/Senior BA delivering CLM, CRM, client onboarding or client recordkeeping transformation projects.
• Big 4 consultancy background required or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with Wealth Management, Private Banking or Investment Management clients and front-to-back operating models.
• Demonstrated capabilities in operating model design, process re-engineering and change programmes.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide systems implementations involving CLM/CRM/recordkeeping platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across the implementation of a new Client Recordkeeping Management System.
• Assess operating models, processes and governance to identify improvements.
• Document requirements and guide future-state processes with senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to define future-state processes and solutions.
• Produce documentation including BRDs, process maps, operating models and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with project managers, tech teams and leaders to ensure delivery and adoption.
• Present recommendations and progress to governance forums.
