Job summary

Schroders in London is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a temporary contract to steer complex transformation initiatives across Wealth and Technology domains. The role requires leading cross‑functional teams, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering end‑to‑end projects within budget and regulatory expectations.

You will partner with business leaders to shape roadmaps, manage risks, and ensure clear reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Change Project Manager with experience in Front Office transformation and Data/AI initiatives.
• Strong understanding and experience of the Wealth and Asset Management industry.
• Experience delivering complex business and technology transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mobilise projects and programmes to deliver business outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define delivery plans and reporting.
• Coordinate resources within matrix management frameworks.
• Manage project artefacts and risk, issues, and dependencies.
• Mentor change resources and support recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with minimum standards and adapt methodologies.
