Job summary

Wessex Water Services is seeking a Supply Optimisation Manager on an 18-month secondment to lead a technical team focused on keeping the water supply system resilient and efficient. You will collaborate with Water Operations, Engineering, Asset Management and Strategy to drive performance and governance.

The role combines strategic planning with operational oversight and people leadership, delivering insights to support key business decisions and improve service to customers in the Bath area.

• Support informed decision-making through analysis and insight across teams.
