Job summary

Investigo is seeking a Senior Vendor Manager to oversee its Workplace Services and Real Estate supplier portfolio. The role focuses on strengthening supplier performance, governance, risk management and commercial value across a complex third-party network.

You will lead governance, drive improvements through benchmarking, and partner with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance and Legal to shape sourcing and contract strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor management, procurement or category management within Workplace Services and/or Real Estate.
• Proven track record in supplier governance, contract management and commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of supplier risk, compliance, performance management and third-party controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier relationship management and governance across Workplace Services and Real Estate.
• Drive supplier performance, commercial improvements and value creation through benchmarking and market insight.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal and operational stakeholders on sourcing and contract strategies.
• Lead supplier reviews, performance reporting, escalations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee contract lifecycle management, renewals, compliance and supplier risk.
• Ensure appropriate governance and controls are in place across lower-tier suppliers.
