The AA is seeking a Vendor Management Lead to shape and embed a central vendor management framework across a large organisation. You will establish governance, controls and performance insights for strategic third parties, collaborating with Procurement, Risk, Legal and Finance to ensure continuity and resilience.

• Experience in managing or overseeing a portfolio of strategic/critical vendors.
• Ability to translate complex vendor data into actionable insights.
• Strong governance, performance management and risk reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and evolve the central vendor management framework with standards and controls.
• Provide portfolio-level oversight of strategic and high-risk vendors including spend and performance.
• Set up KPIs, SLAs and scorecards, drive improvements and issue resolution.
• Monitor contract milestones, renewals and obligations with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and manage vendor risks and dependencies across the portfolio.
