The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership, conduct rigorous research, and help shape investment theses while engaging with key stakeholders across portfolios.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, venture capital or private equity.
• Strong analytical and research skills; ability to distill complex info into clear insights.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable taking ownership in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO and Chief of Staff to research markets, trends and strategic opportunities.
• Support LP and investor communications; help strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Assess operating models and planning processes to identify investment opportunities and value creation.
• Contribute to strategic projects across the investment portfolio.
