Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions in the UK is seeking a dynamic UK Sales Manager based in Essex to grow and lead the UK sales team. You will focus on strategic planning, developing key client relationships and driving margins while managing roughly 10 direct reports and regular client visits.

The role offers a competitive £50,000 base plus bonus with an OTE £60k+, a company car, training, progression opportunities and a benefits package. You must have B2B sales experience in tools, PPE or trade supplies.

Qualifications

• Sales Management experience.
• Knows products used in trade, electrical, tools, PPE etc.

Responsibilities

• Grow, develop, lead and strategize the UK sales team.
• Circa 10 reports.
• Based in Essex but regular travel to meet clients.
• Targeted on sales margins, repeat custom and performance improvements of staff.
