W Talent is partnering with a leading UK manufacturing group to appoint a Head of Sales. The role drives the UK commercial strategy, growth, and a high-performing sales culture. You will develop new opportunities, manage key accounts, and build significant relationships across distributors, retailers, installers and OEMs.

You will lead strategic commercial growth, working with Product Development, Marketing and Operations to deliver market opportunities, while traveling regularly across the UK.

Qualifications

• Genuine sector experience in chimney, flue, fireplace, stove, wood-burner or heating products.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of the UK sales strategy and translate business objectives into a growth plan.
• Identify target markets, sectors, customers and routes to market.
• Develop new routes to market and commercial partnerships.
• Lead commercial negotiations and framework agreements with key accounts.
• Build strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, retailers and installers.
