Job summary

Winterhalter UK is seeking an experienced Head of Sales UK to lead our national sales team and drive profitable growth across the business.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will develop and deliver the UK sales strategy, grow key customer relationships, identify opportunities to increase market share and profitability, and work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field-based sales teams in foodservice or catering equipment sectors.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning experience.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities with a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities
