Job summary

ghd is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support UK operations from our Leeds office. The role focuses on transferring stock from the Kitting House to the 3PL and ensuring smooth onward distribution to retail, salons, and e-commerce customers.

It offers a hybrid pattern with three days in the office and two days at home. You will work with UK Management and Supply Planning to coordinate launches, monitor stock levels, and drive continuous improvements across the UK supply chain, ensuring

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UK road haulage networks.
• Experience dealing with logistics providers and understanding networks.
• Experience in a fast-moving international consumer business or e-commerce distribution is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously, plan and manage own workload to meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic, hands-on approach with problem-solving mindset.
• Continuous improvement mindset to optimise processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock is transferred from UK Kitting house into the 3PL to maximise availability.
• Process goods receipts and ensure stock transfers are completed with KPI alignment.
• Re-integrate returned stock accurately and promptly.
• Resolve stock in error statuses and restore availability quickly.
• Review back-order reports and reallocate orders to appropriate SKUs.
• Monitor stock availability and forward order dates to meet forecasts.
• Manage quarantine requirements and releases in the 3PL.
• Oversee virtual warehouses and slow-moving/obsolete stock.
• Analyse 3PL stock reconciliations and conduct wall-to-wall inventories.
• Coordinate launches with UK Management and Supply Planning teams.
• Liaise with Channel Heads, Digital & Customer Service to meet forecast requirements.
• Manage stock requisition processes and UK requirements with Supply Planners.
• Provide timely reporting and KPI monitoring; assist IT projects (Exchequer/Salesforce/Hub).
• Proactively anticipate issues to mitigate supply chain risk and support strategy.
