Turner & Townsend in the UK is seeking a key strategic Project Director to lead major infrastructure commissions. You will drive delivery at scale, grow relationships with clients, and guide multi-disciplinary teams across rail, highways, utilities and local authorities. You should be commercially minded, mobile across the UK, and capable of operating at board level, shaping strategy, bidding, and programme delivery with NEC3/4 contracts knowledge.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead diverse teams across multiple sectors (rail, aviation, utilities, power, highways, local authorities).
• Background in Project Management or engineering with capex delivery experience.
• Experience delivering Major Programmes and Projects.
• Experience leading and managing teams and client relationships at senior levels.
• Familiarity with NEC3/4 contracts.
• Proven business development, bid, and client engagement experience.
