Job summary

East Anglia's Children's Hospices (EACH) is seeking a part-time Trusts & Foundations Manager based at Milton with hybrid working options across East Anglia.

You will lead the trusts fundraising strategy, manage a sustainable funding pipeline, and build strong relationships with funders, while supporting the Senior Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser and contributing to the wider fundraising strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in trusts, foundations or grant fundraising.
• Proven success in securing income against financial targets.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written communication and bid-writing abilities.
• Experience of supporting, developing or managing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of EACH's trusts and foundations fundraising strategy.
• Manage and develop a sustainable pipeline of funding opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective funders.
• Prepare compelling funding applications, proposals and impact reports.
• Line manage and support the Senior Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser.
• Monitor performance against income targets and support strategic reporting.
