Job summary

Independent Age in London is seeking a Trusts and Foundations Manager to lead the delivery and evolution of our fundraising strategy. This hybrid role offers the chance to secure five- and six- figure grants by building strong relationships with funders and translating data into compelling funding propositions.

You will work across the organisation to inspire support for our mission, with flexible working arrangements, up to 35 hours per week, and opportunities to shape long-term impact for

Qualifications

Exceptional relationship-builder and communicator with a proven track record of securing five- and six-figure grants from Trusts and Foundations.
Ability to translate complex data into compelling funding propositions.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills to inspire support for the charity's mission.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery and ongoing evolution of the Trusts and Foundations fundraising strategy.
Secure five- and six-figure grants to drive long-term impact and growth.
Build and manage high-value relationships with funders.
Present funding propositions to stakeholders and adapt strategies as needed.
