Job summary

Stryker in the United Kingdom seeks a Field-based Sales Representative to manage Trauma accounts, drive growth, and develop NHS relationships across procurement, sterile services, and theatre teams.

You will conduct product demonstrations, train clinical staff, audit stock, and use iPad apps to monitor consignment levels, with up to 90% travel across the territory. A medical sales background and UK driving license preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a clinical role or proven medical sales success.
• Training in a medical, scientific, technical career or degree in sciences/economics.
• Full, valid UK driving license.
• Ability to build relationships with NHS stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing business in Trauma accounts and develop new opportunities in the territory.
• Work with hospitals, procurement, sterile services, stores, KOLs and theatre teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training for clinical staff; cover cases in operating theatres.
• Audit theatre and hospital stock; manage consignment levels and stock rotation.
• Become competent with iPad applications to monitor stock in customer accounts.
