Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a Senior Transport Planner to join their London team. You will lead the delivery of transport assessments, statements and travel plans while managing client relationships on high-profile development and infrastructure projects.

You\'ll work across sectors, provide strategic transport advice, mentor junior consultants and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The role offers hybrid working and a clear path for career progression within a respected consultancy.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience within a transport planning consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of transport planning and the UK planning process.
• Experience delivering Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans.
• Strong report-writing and communication skills.
• Experience managing projects and client relationships.
• A proactive and commercially aware approach.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans.
• Managing transport planning projects from inception through to completion.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Providing technical and strategic transport planning advice.
• Supporting business development and work-winning activities.
• Mentoring and supporting junior consultants.
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams.
