You will manage budgets, rosters, and cross-site coordination while leveraging telematics and handheld tech to support accurate customer billing.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, CPC certification, and a track record of delivering process improvements in a multi-site distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) is required for operating license.
• Highfield Level 2 or equivalent safety culture experience.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Budgeting and cost-efficiency demonstrated.
• Lean improvements to drive business performance.
• Knowledge of telematics (Isotrak or equivalent).

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and direction to engage and develop the team.
• Promote and monitor safe, compliant transport operations.
• Oversee fleet maintenance for safety and servicing standards.
• Maintain communication with sites and customers on schedules.
• Establish cost-efficient transport programs and budgets.
• Manage driver rota and resource planning with planning team.
• Utilise handheld delivery tech for accurate billing.
• Monitor KPIs and budget to drive continuous improvement.
