Job summary

LRQA seeks a Programme Lead to ensure the end-to-end delivery of a strategic transformation programme (DSD / Universe). You will drive an agile, product-led and outcome-based delivery across multiple products and technology layers, with a single line of accountability for programme success and a clear benefits case.

You will lead a small delivery leadership team and ensure governance, risk, sequencing and investment are managed to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience leading large, multi-stream transformation programmes.
Strong focus on value delivery, benefits realisation and measurable outcomes.
Ability to align products, workstreams and technology into a clear path to business value.

Responsibilities

Own overall programme success: deliver outcomes, benefits and strategic objectives.
Act as single point of accountability for programme performance and recovery where needed.
Maintain a joined‑up view across all products and delivery streams.
Own the programme narrative and ensure progress is clear to stakeholders.
Drive an agile, product-led approach focused on client value over activity.
Set direction and priorities, giving teams space to decide how to deliver.
Maintain alignment across product backlogs so efforts move toward a common outcome.
Support a healthy delivery pace and quality throughout the programme lifecycle.
Sequence initiatives and manage dependencies to protect the benefits schedule.
Lead and develop the two Senior Project Managers and matrix teams.
