Job summary

South Norfolk and Broadland Councils are seeking a Senior Manager for Transformation, Portfolio & Change to lead a diverse portfolio of change programmes and shape the organisation’s future. You will lead a high-impact PMO, influence strategic decisions and ensure the organisation embraces innovation, technology and data-driven improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale organisational change and tangible benefits.
• Qualified in project, programme or portfolio management (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, MSP).
• Strategic thinker with strong operational delivery and financial management abilities.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse portfolio of transformational change programmes and help shape the organisation’s future.
• Lead and influence the Programme Management Office (PMO) to drive delivery.
• Drive customer experience improvement, service modernisation, efficiency gains and measurable benefits.
• Translate complex priorities into clear plans and drive successful outcomes across the organisation.
