Job summary

South Norfolk and Broadland Councils are seeking a collaborative Digital Project Manager to lead digital and technology projects across the Evolve Transformation Portfolio. You will own projects from discovery to handover, bring teams together, and establish clear plans to deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires managing budgets, resources, risks and dependencies, while building strong relationships with sponsors, senior managers, technical specialists, business users and suppliers, and

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering digital transformation or system implementation projects.
• Ability to apply a range of project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to turn complex challenges into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital and technology projects across the Evolve Transformation Portfolio.
• Take ownership of projects from discovery and procurement to implementation, evaluation and handover.
• Bring people together, establish clear plans and help multidisciplinary teams deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, issues and competing priorities; build trusted relationships with sponsors, senior managers, technical specialists, business users and suppliers.
• Promote good project management practice, share lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement across our project management network.
