• Degree level or equivalent experience.
• Professional programme management accreditation required.
• Proven track record delivering transformational change at senior level.
• Experience in consulting roles within transport, aviation or engineering sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the E&M Transformation Management Office and portfolio governance.
• Drive complex transformation programmes to deliver measurable benefits.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.
• Oversee resource allocation, benefits realisation and risk across multiple streams.
• Lead and develop the TMO team and cross-functional resources.
• Champion excellence in project, programme and change management.
