Job summary

British Airways is hiring a Senior Engineering & Maintenance Strategy Manager to join a newly created team, shaping the future direction of Engineering & Maintenance and overseeing the annual strategic planning process.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy and collaborating with the CTO and E&M Directors, you will own high‑impact strategic projects, provide rigorous analysis and recommendations to executives, and help build the capability, culture and ways of working of a world‑class strategy

Qualifications

• Experience developing business strategy in complex organisations.
• Proven track record leading strategic planning and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Numerate degree or equivalent analytical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Engineering & Maintenance's strategy and planning process.
• Drive strategic agenda and provide insights to inform senior decisions.
• Lead high-profile strategic projects and present recommendations to executives.
• Coordinate matrix teams to deliver outcomes with pace.
