Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead the development of Engineering & Maintenance's strategy and annual planning process.
Drive strategic projects on behalf of the CTO and E&M Directors with clear recommendations.
Provide rigorous analysis and scenario planning to address complex business challenges.
Coordinate matrix teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.
Build trusted relationships across Engineering & Maintenance and wider BA ecosystem.
