Severn Trent is seeking a Transformation Project & Change Manager to lead transformational projects from concept to completion, blending project management, governance, risk management, and change practice.

Based at the Severn Trent Centre in Coventry, this role is 37 hours a week, predominantly onsite, with opportunities to shape strategy and deliver measurable business benefits. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end transformation projects.
• Strong project management and change management discipline.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Experience embedding sustained change.
• Prince2, APM, MSP or Change Management training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery with clear plans and governance.
• Apply change management to build stakeholder commitment.
• Communicate progress to governance forums.
• Define priorities and keep delivery on track.
• Matrix-manage teams to ensure business adoption.
• Ensure changes land well for customers and stakeholders.
