Job summary

FSP is seeking a Business Architect to join its Service Transformation capability, advising on strategic transformation engagements. You will interpret business strategy and design organizational structures, operations and capabilities to enable successful transformation and achievement of strategic goals.

Working across enterprise-wide engagements, you will bridge strategy and operations, ensuring feasible alignment between business planning, organizational design and service delivery while

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering strategic transformation programmes with impact on capability and outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management across leadership levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities for complex business challenges.
• Confident workshop facilitator and presenter leading diverse sessions.
• Strong written communication for reports and proposals.
• Collaborative team player in fast-paced consultancy environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead interpretation of client strategic objectives and translate into actionable org designs and transformation roadmaps.
• Design business structures, operations and capabilities aligned to client goals with strategic coherence.
• Conduct capability assessments and maturity evaluations to identify gaps and improvements.
• Develop business capability maps, operating models and future-state target architectures.
• Apply and develop business architecture frameworks and techniques.
• Advise stakeholders, programme teams and change managers on implementation of architecture recommendations.
• Support pre-sales activities, discovery engagements and proposal development.
