Job summary

TLT is seeking a Transformation Analyst to join its Transformation and Operations team in Bristol on a full-time basis. The role focuses on delivering transformation initiatives using analysis, user-centred design and governance alignment to embed lasting improvements.

You will map processes, define requirements, support implementation and measure benefits to drive efficiency and quality across the business.

Qualifications

Strong experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational transformation or continuous improvement roles.
Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, service design, requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to analyse complex business challenges and translate into practical solutions.
Experience supporting change implementation, UAT, adoption activities and benefits realisation.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills tailored to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

Deliver clear, evidence-based transformation outcomes.
Develop understanding of operations and translate issues into actionable recommendations.
Design sustainable improvements balancing business needs and user experience.
Drive stakeholder engagement and align priorities across levels.
Support implementation with guidance, documentation and transition plans.
Produce high-quality analysis and artefacts: process maps, requirements, testing plans.
Measure benefits and track adoption to realise improvements.
Promote best practices in business analysis and continuous improvement.
