Job summary

Mileway, Europe’s leading owner and manager of last‑mile logistics real estate, seeks a Transactions Finance Analyst to support acquisitions and strategic initiatives. You’ll work across Finance, Property, IT and FP&A, coordinating complex workstreams and delivering milestones under tight deadlines.

The role offers exposure to leadership, requires strong English communication, and demands a proactive, structured approach. London West End office; hybrid work with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Strong project management capability and ability to prioritise multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to chair calls and run meetings with stakeholders across functions.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and address opportunities.
• Hands-on, self-starter approach; capable of working independently and with teams.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of multiple workstreams across finance, legal, operations, tax and external advisors
• Manage high‑priority tasks within complex projects with many dependencies
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones under tight deadlines
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of project documentation
• Prepare updates and decision-support materials for senior stakeholders
• Work across jurisdictions to align country-specific regulatory requirements
• Organise weekly calls to monitor progress and action points
• Assist other finance teams when deal activity slows, broadening experience
