Job summary

Mileway Limited in London is seeking a Transactions Analyst to join the European Transactions team. You will support acquisitions and strategic transactions across European markets, building financial models and presenting investment papers for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in real estate, investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, consulting or another analytical environment.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to interpret data, solve problems and communicate insights clearly.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a can‑do attitude and ownership mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across different countries and cultures.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage but not essential.

Transactions Analyst – Mileway – London

We are looking for a Transactions Analyst to join our European Transactions team. Working alongside experienced Transactions professionals, you'll support acquisitions and strategic transactions across multiple European markets, gaining exposure to every stage of the investment lifecycle.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious professional who enjoys combining analytical thinking with commercial problem-solving. You'll work on transactions from initial underwriting through to completion, collaborating with colleagues across Europe while building the technical and commercial skills. Success in this role isn't defined solely by previous experience. Our policy requires working from the office three days a week, but please be aware that for this role you’re required to be at the office 5 days a week.
