Job summary

Mileway, Europe’s leading last-mile logistics real estate platform, seeks a Junior Transactions Analyst to support disposals across the UK and Europe. You’ll work under senior colleagues to execute disposal strategies and gain hands-on experience through the full sales process.

You will develop financial analysis, market research, and stakeholder-management skills while coordinating with asset managers, agents and investors. This role is based in London and involves a multi-country exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical capability with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Disposals team in analysing and executing property sales across Mileway’s UK and European portfolio.
• Work with asset managers across European markets to identify disposal opportunities and prepare assets for sale.
• Assist with managing multiple sales processes, ensuring each transaction progresses as planned.
• Engage with agents, investors and other external parties throughout the UK and Europe.
• Coordinate with colleagues across Mileway and Blackstone to bring transactions to a successful conclusion.
• Prepare comprehensive real estate, financial and market analyses.
• Conduct market research and produce presentations, reports and transaction documents.
