Job summary

rpc - The Retail Performance Company is seeking a Training Programme Manager to act as a strategic ally to client L&D managers, elevating training initiatives and ensuring high-quality delivery. The role is consultative and oversight-driven, partnering with client stakeholders to identify skill gaps and target development needs.

You will design innovative learning solutions, ensure QA of training programmes and materials, and manage flawless event delivery for learning rollouts across multiple

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, social sciences or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in training and development, project management or event management.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and delivering high-quality client support.
• Strong communication, collaboration and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training-related projects across multiple brands and clients, ensuring operational and financial excellence.
• Lead budget planning for training programmes, margins, milestones and delivery.
• Serve as primary client contact, coordinating activities and guiding stakeholders.
• Manage resources and facilitate workshops, trainings and programme activities.
• Present updates, results and insights to stakeholders and clients.
• Negotiate terms with external training partners and clients to meet objectives.
• Oversee invoicing and validation from external providers.
• Provide leadership to project team and support their development.
• Foster engagement and motivation to ensure successful delivery of training initiatives.
