Job summary

AVK is creating a Reward Manager role to establish a robust total reward framework across markets. You will lead job evaluation, benchmarking, and benefits reviews to attract and retain talent critical to AVK’s growth.

The role requires strong UK employment law knowledge and experience in data centre, construction, or engineering settings. A strategic partner to executive leadership, you will drive value through evidence-based compensation decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering in data centre, construction or engineering settings.
• Significant HR partnering experience in fast-paced, scaling, or international environments.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law with working knowledge of EU jurisdictions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change; able to prioritise and adapt quickly.
• Collaborative, pragmatic and resilient; building trust through transparency and credibility.
• CIPD Level 7 or equivalent industry experience.
• Commercial mindset; connecting People initiatives to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establish a consistent and relevant job architecture across multiple job families.
• Lead the design and implementation of compensation and benefits frameworks.
• Develop and maintain a job evaluation methodology.
• Build and manage partnerships with external reward providers and benchmarking partners.
• Conduct regular market benchmarking reviews and provide recommendations.
• Use reward data and analytics to inform decision-making.
