Job summary

AVK seeks a Reward Manager to design a robust compensation and benefits infrastructure, focusing on job evaluation, market benchmarking, and a competitive total reward approach across markets.

You will own reward processes, ensure compliance with legislation, and partner with People, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to deliver data-driven, equitable pay decisions and compelling employee value propositions.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering in data centre, construction or engineering settings.
• Significant HR partnering in fast-paced, scaling or international environments.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law; EU jurisdictions knowledge helpful.
• Commercial mindset; linking people initiatives to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establish a consistent job architecture across multiple functions.
• Design and implement compensation and benefits frameworks aligned to market conditions and geography.
• Develop and maintain a job evaluation methodology supporting growth and equity.
• Lead reward data analytics to inform decision-making and workforce planning.
• Partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition and Finance for a data-driven approach.
• Review and manage employee benefits programmes to deliver value.
