Job summary

Fractal is seeking a Programme Lead Test Manager in London, accountable for developing the end-to-end testing strategy and delivering testing across a complex portfolio. The role ensures offshore testing partners deliver against baselined plans, standards, and risk appetite of stakeholders through signed-off test strategy, plans and reports.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive governance, coordinate with Delivery leads, and ensure testing aligns with both waterfall and agile delivery

Qualifications

• Day-to-day management of a large programme of testing delivery.
• Strong communication, leadership, ownership and accountability.
• Critical thinking to remove blockages and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end testing strategy and governance across projects.
• Coordinate offshore/vendor testing against baselined plans and SLAs.
• Lead the testing team to ensure timely, quality delivery and reporting.
• Ensure test environments and data comply with guidelines.
