Job summary

Snap Analytics is seeking a Senior Test Programme Manager to lead end-to-end testing for a major transformation in the financial services sector. This contract role involves coordinating testing across internal teams and external suppliers, with a hybrid working model (London or Cirencester, 2-3 days onsite).

You will own the test strategy, develop plans, manage risks and reporting, and ensure data platform changes are thoroughly validated prior to release.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Senior Test Manager or Test Programme Manager in large-scale transformation.
• Experience in financial services industry.
• Experience leading testing across data-centric programmes; Snowflake is a bonus.
• Proficient in Jira and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end test delivery strategy across the programme.
• Develop and manage test plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and reporting.
• Coordinating multiple testing workstreams across internal teams and external suppliers.
• Ensuring data platform and source system changes are thoroughly validated before release.
• Establishing and maintaining a one-team culture across diverse delivery partners.
• Providing clear governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Driving defect resolution and removing obstacles that may impact delivery timelines.
